Well, today was the last day of the annual vintage meet at Mid-Ohio. Lots of cool stuff shows up at something like this and this is one of them. MotoGP in the US

For the first time in a lot of years, a major motorcycle race was broadcast live on a major network (FOX) and attendance at Laguna Seca was reported at 115,000. From a BMW press release… Munich. BMW will acquire the renowned motorcycle company Husqvarna Motorcycles. Dr. Herbert Diess, General Director of BMW Motorrad, and the Italian industrialist Claudio Castiglioni signed a contract on 19.07.2007 in Italy. Ducati showed off it’s limited production, very expensive Desmosedici RR MotoGP replica at World Ducati Week in Misano. Suzuki had their annual dealer show last week, and they introduced several new and updated models. At the top of the list is the new Hayabusa.
