We are working on the bodywork for a 74 Duc 750 GT that was already painted in a custom scheme but had a lot of rust under the paint and a few dings and dents. The owner wants the new scheme to be similar since the bike has a history and the paint scheme has “historical” value to him.

So, step one is always strip and bead blast down to the bare metal so we know what we are working with. This bike had a lot of coats of paint/filler on it so stripping took a while.
