Well, the motor is reassembled, painted (looks great in satin black) and almost back together. Several boxes arrived with Christmas presents for the project- a new tail section and lots of stainless steel cap screws! The frame needs some mods to accept the new tail and then we need to move on to the suspension. But for today, here are some pictures showing the engine, the frame mods where I cut off the tubes aft of the seat mount and the new Street Tracker tail I’m using. The frame will need to be stripped before I paint it- probably red but I’m still debating colors for this bike.
