The only feeling I have right now is um, lust. It has been a long time since I have had bike lust. All the new bikes are cool when they come out each year, but I have a hard time getting really over the top excited about most of them. I get to ride pretty much everything at some point and most of it is good. But this… damn.
What we have here is a 1098 or 1098S without the bodywork and with higher bars. The cool thing is that it comes with traction control standard… Which you will probably need to keep from hurting yourself when you try something stupid. The base bike will have Showa suspension and the S will have the sweet Ohlins stuff. Brembo brakes are standard on both models. Check out Ducati’s website for more pictures and multimedia. Ditch the stock mirrors and put some billet bar end’s on and this bike is just about perfect.
