50s Triumph T-Bird.jpgFor those of you who like the older stuff, this press release from the AMA Museum is a reminder to save Sat June 30th for a look at some great vintage European bikes.

On June 30, the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum will host British & European Motorcycle Saturday, the second of two ‘Classic Saturdays’ events this month.  The first event, Japanese Motorcycle Saturday, drew over 400 two-wheel enthusiasts to the museum’s 23-acre grounds in Pickerington, Ohio.  Visitors to the second annual British & European Motorcycle Saturday will have the opportunity to view new and vintage BMWs, Bultacos, Triumphs, Ducatis and more. An MV Agusta Oro, owned by famed dealer Eraldo Ferracci, will be the featured motorcycle at the event.

Highlights of British & European Motorcycle Saturday will include an unjudged bike show, seminars and a swap meet.  Admission for June 30 is only $10 and includes access to all museum exhibits, including Motocross America, the colorful story of the country’s original action sport, and SuperMann, a retrospective on the great Dick Mann.  British & European Motorcycle Saturday is presented by DomiRacer Distributors.  Enthusiasts can visit www.motorcyclemuseum.org or call 614.856.2222 for more information
