AMA Superbike will be in Atlanta and celebrating their 35th year there. Road Atlanta is a great track both to race on and to watch at. Speed has the rundown on the high stakes at RA and some good rider info. Spies, who leads the series will still be hampered by a broken hand and Mladin seems to have fixed some problems with the bike’s setup that has held him back all year.

His fourth-place in race two at VIR was the first time Spies has finished off the podium this season. The Texan will not be fully healed in time for Atlanta, but he hopes to finish somewhere in the top three at both of Road Atlanta’s races to give him a solid lead going into the series finale in Lexington, Ohio, on Oct. 1.
